Tasting Notes and Wine Pairing Suggestions
Crunchy green fruited like sugar snap peas, lime and honeydew melon, crisp mouthwatering acidity with a mineral edge, finishes bone dry. By picking slightly earlier this year—at an average of 20.1 Brix—the wine features a naturally lower alcohol content. While the label states 12.0%, it is actually closer to 11.79%
I love it with seafood and shellfish - think Dungeness crab, halibut tacos, fish curry or it’s great with your favorite chicken and rice.
