Refunds and Cancellations

I ship orders via FedEx ground or UPS, through Cellars Wine Club, a fulfillment company here in Woodinville, WA. The timing of shipments is dependent on the weather and scheduled via an email conversation with you. Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please tell me. If the wine is damaged in shipping, please let me know straight away so I can replace your damaged bottles. If you need to cancel an order, email contact@orrwines.com and I will issue a refund.
