Refunds and Cancellations
I ship orders via FedEx ground or UPS, through a fulfillment company. The timing of shipments is dependent on the weather and scheduled via an email conversation with you. Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please tell me. If the wine is damaged in shipping, please let me know straight away so I can replace your damaged bottles. If you need to cancel an order, email contact@orrwines.com and I will issue a refund.
