Salumeria is my blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot called Salumeria grown in Washington state’s Columbia Valley.

The fennel salami is a traditional Tuscan style salami with garlic, black pepper, & fennel made by winemaker Pete Seghesio at Journeyman in Healdsburg, CA using Kurobuta pork raised by Snake River Farms in Idaho. Kurobuta is a heritage breed of pig that is world-renowned for its hefty fat content and exceptional tenderness.

Opinel picnic knives are made in the French Alps. This design has remained unchanged for over 130 years. In 1985, Opinel was recognized by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London as one of the 100 best designed items in the world alongside the Porsche 911 and the Rolex watch. Pro tip: the blade is carbon steel which patinas so you will have to oil or dry the blade right away to avoid discoloration especially with acidic foods.

And the charcuterie boards - Mom and Dad hand selected these American black walnut boards from Moore Newton hardwoods, designed this shape, cut them to size and drilled a thumb notch for easier serving. They ordered a custom branding iron from Etsy and watched a lot of wood burning youtube videos before launching full production mode. The boards are coated with a food grade mineral oil.
