The Orr Columbia Valley Salumeria blend is 48% Stillwater Creek Cabernet Sauvignon clone 191 with 44% Boushey Sangiovese and 8% Stillwater Creek Merlot. Individually hand-picked, destemmed and fermented separately in open top bins with gentle punchdowns. Delicately pressed, the blend was aged in experienced French oak barrels for 10 months and bottled without fining or filtration in American-made glass under TCA free corks. “Salumeria” is the Italian word for deli - the shop where you’d buy salami and prosciutto.
