BLUE Pinot Noir SIX-PACK

BLUE Pinot Noir SIX-PACK
6 bottles of 2023 Oregon Pinot noir
Pinot Noir: Leland Vineyard, a small four-acre farm in Oregon City in the north Willamette Valley. Owner Bruce Weber planted two clones of Pinot Noir, Pommard and Wadensvil, in 1982. The vines are own rooted and dry farmed. We fermented with 12% whole clusters and aged the wine for 18 months in 7 old French oak barrels and 2 French oak barrels that were once used.
Tasting Notes and Wine Pairing Suggestions
Berries and baking spices with mouthwatering acidity
I love it with carnitas and Mexican rice, it’s also great with chana masala and roast cauliflower or burgers.
